Fir of all I was nervous as a chiwawa buying or even thinking about buying a house. The market wasn't stable and it was my first house. And I am just 21. I got his number from one of my busy that he helped close. It was a great if not the best experience in my case. At one point I was trying to rush to buy the house but he literally held my hand and walked me through the whole process. Got me a 6% sellers concession when I only needed 5% and with that extra 2% he got my interest rate down by 1.8%. I couldn't have expected more from anyone. He got me heros credit too that was another 1200$ that went straight to my pocket. And 1 year home system warranty.
